Aura 2.0 + Concurrent User Licensing
Aura is transitioning from hardware-based license access to a system that uses individual user accounts. This change enables license entitlements to be centrally managed and accessed by authorized users without relying on physical dongles. See the full FAQ for details.
To ensure a smooth transition to Aura 2.0 and Concurrent User Licensing, each organization should nominate a transition contact using this form. This individual will serve as the primary liaison during the rollout, coordinating access for users within your organization, and supporting a seamless transition to Concurrent User Licensing
The transition contact should:
- Be familiar with Aura and actively use it
- Be able to identify and nominate users within the organization who require access
- Be readily available to support communications and coordination during the rollout.
