Portal Access Denied

You will receive a Portal Access Denied message when your account has been suspended from Support Portal Access in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. If you believe that this has happened by mistake, please get in touch with your local reseller or Emesent representative.

If your bill is overdue, your Support Portal Access may be restricted.

To get a Support Portal restriction removed:

  • Pay any overdue amount in full
  • Tell us when you made the payment so your access can be re-instated
