Emesent’s RTK technology automates georeferencing and drift-correction for backpack-based scans, to deliver fast, accurate and precise surveys while reducing (and often eliminating) the need to lay out and georeference ground control points.
By intelligently leveraging both RTK and SLAM to optimize results, Backpack RTK ensures the most reliable, robust point cloud every time.
Greater context with 360-degree images and color
Included in the solution is Emesent’s 360 Colorization Kit which enhances captured point clouds with life-like context. The same scan can be used to extract 360-degree images mapped to locations within the point cloud, providing a real-world view for areas of interest.
Transferable Data
Hovermap’s captured data is automatically georeferenced in Emesent’s Aura software, ready for import into BIM tools such as Revit, supporting continuous updates and maintenance of documentation throughout your project lifecycle.
