Emesent Assure is a proactive recovery service that swaps damaged Hovermap units and drones with like-for-like replacements, dispatched within approximately three business days. The program operates through a straightforward five-step process: clients purchase a subscription, log incidents with flight data, ship damaged units to Emesent, receive refurbished replacements, and stay operational throughout the process.

Emesent Assure is available for purchase at the time of equipment sale, during warranty periods, or post-repair. The program can be activated alongside existing warranty coverage, providing an additional layer of operational security.
