Client Support Hours
Our Client Support team is available Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Brisbane, Australia time) excluding public holidays. For any enquiries or technical assistance during these hours please contact us using the details listed.

Outside of business hours our 24/7 support bot Emi is available to assist with common questions and guide you to helpful resources. You can access Emi anytime via the blue chat icon at the bottom of your screen.

 
What to expect from day one

Onboarding and unboxing

Once you receive your Hovermap, our Customer Success Specialist will personally connect with you to guide you through the product setup process.
